The International Special Events Society RI Chapter to produce the ultimate Halloween experience at the famed Belcourt Castle in Newport, RI.
Providence, RI (September 3, 2009) - On Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24 the International Special Events Society (ISES) Rhode Island Chapter will host its Annual Halloween Bash fundraiser. The event will take place from 8:00p.m. – 12:00a.m. at Belcourt Castle, located at 657 Bellevue Avenue in Newport, RI.
What better way to experience this elegant castle, with its medieval flavor, than during a time when it is ghoulishly decorated by some of the best special event designers in the state! The haunted castle will be transformed into the ultimate Halloween experience, as the Gothic Ballroom in the 60-room mansion will set the stage for the Halloween Bash. Food and beverages will be provided with a live band and DJ on both floors of the castle, plus a costume contest with prizes awarded for different categories. Special hotel packages with shuttle service will be available.
A new addition this year is the Children’s Costume Party which will be held on Saturday, October 24 from 12:00 – 3:00p.m. This new event lets children and their parents experience the spookiest mansion in Newport. There will be games, treats, a haunted hayride and tour, plus a costume parade. Come celebrate the spirit of Halloween with the entire family this year at Belcourt Castle.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will support the Royal Arts Foundation and the ISES Rhode Island chapter’s education and outreach programs.
